Digital Products

All products sold through Her Healing are digital downloads. Once your payment has been successfully processed, your ebook or digital product will be available for immediate download.

Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. We may consider a refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You did not receive your download after purchase, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.
